IS NULIGHT EXPENSIVE?
Nulight has offerings that fit all churches and all budgets. Services such as our Nulight Family™ typically cost less than a staff lunch, yet still include hand-crafted customization from our team of experts. Additionally, our remaining services have been standardized to drive the highest efficiency and effectiveness, while keeping costs comparatively very low vs. traditional consultants.
IS THIS TRYING TO FIT GOD INTO A FORMULA?
Not at all. From sports to ministry, we understand “analytics” can be a polarizing word these days. However, much like setting out more seats at Christmas is a responsible use of data-driven knowledge, our services leverage statistical disciplines to simply dive further into the hearts, heads, and behavior of your attenders. Our goal is never to replace God or your localized expertise, but rather supplement your proficiency, and empower you to best know and love those within your ministry.
IS THIS TREATING CHURCH LIKE A BUSINESS?
No. Business has a very clear definition of success…increase shareholder value, maximize profit, and beat the competition. We believe that while a healthy ministry may see growth in areas like attendance and giving, those metrics alone will never define true success. We acknowledge that individually, and organizationally, kingdom-minded success is more clearly measured in adherence to three biblical imperatives: love God, love others, and make disciples of all nations (Mt 28:16–20 and Mk 12:29-31). At Nulight, we always prioritize heavenly treasures over earthly ones.
IS NULIGHT A CONSULTANCY?
Not really. While we do offer many insights that consultants would want to use, but Nulight differs from traditional consultants in two key ways. First, Nulight services are built to offer continual insight vs. one-time engagement many consultants utilize—meaning you will always be connected to the latest insight and learnings. Second, Nulight largely uses ‘decentralized insight’, meaning we recognize that the expertise exists in the ministries themselves, with our job being to simply help churches harness, share, and learn collectively from one another.
